How do you track your weight lifting? I started doing it at home on a more regular basis and well, the sticky notes in the book are getting to be annoying. Does anyone have a good log they have made or downloaded that they like?
Thank you both. Tomtopo, that's perfect. I needed one that will allow me to put in the weight and the rep easily since I was increasing the weights until taper time and now I'm coming down but will go back up again after Nats.
