How do you track your weight lifting? I started doing it at home on a more regular basis and well, the sticky notes in the book are getting to be annoying. Does anyone have a good log they have made or downloaded that they like?
Attached is a home-made tracking chart I made in Excel. You could just re-create this as an option. I think it's a little coarser than the chart tomtopo posted, since it depicts a 5 month regimen. But it basically shows the same thing.
This is my interpretation of the Lezak weight plan for sprinters. Being male, I am more visually-oriented, hence all of the color-coding. :)
