The Backstroke Lane

Backstrokers unite. We know every detail of the ceilings where we train unless it's the sky which is ever changing. We SDK every day. It's breath taking. We go forwards in reverse. We get to flip over on turns. We gotta stay on our back. We swim back. We kick back. • I feel that you should keep your hands in front of your body plane during the pull. Imagine where you place your hands on the gutter when you are pulling yourself out of the pool. This is where you are the strongest. You will need to roll a little to keep your hands from popping out of the water as you pull and keep them in front of your body. Another thing you should concentrate on is not pausing before you pull after your hands enter the water.
