    I've never heard of it either. Cool stuff. I might repurpose it for the Butterfly Lane as a see-how-far-through-this-I-can-get type of set... I'd need far more rest, of course... QUOTE] We do this set quite a bit, I usally it it where i'm doing at least the last 25 of each distance fly. I am working toward a lot more fly, but it is hard to work in, I are trying not to affect lanemates too much and/or I just get lazy sometimes.
