A question to the backstrokers: do most of you swim 2-peak or 3-peak backstroke? Are the ways that Krayzelburg, Lochte, Phelps, Peirsol etc. 2-peak or 3-peak? It's not very clear to me. Thanks.:)

Life-long backstroker (now breaststroker) and I've never heard of the terms. I have no idea what they mean or even what they could mean.
