NQTs are based on the average of the last 3 years of Top Ten times. So for 2011 they would be based on 2008, 2009 and 2010. Since we're not even done with the 2010 season (ends on May 31, 2010) that means the 2011 times aren't ready yet. They'll be out in the fall after convention. I'll post them on the forums when they are released.
