Does anyone have any suggestions for ways in which to secure/ensure funding for City swim programs? (Please only suggestions that are law abiding:))

USA Swimming is one of the best places to find help. Grand Rapids Public Schools is one of the poorest districts in the state of Michigan, with over 80 percent of the children on free or reduced lunches. They've successfully funded open swimming in the summer and are trying to revitalize the competitive inner-city programs during the school year. John Cruzack a diversity specialist from USA Swimming will give you some ideas and help steer you in the right direction. Good luck to you.
