Back from Mexico for not quite a month and have not been in the water since two weeks before left Mexico. Now, I have been swimming for two days in a row, even paid for a month of swimming. I think I will keep it up and get ready to race. I am not going to over do it. I am going to divide my workouts between long easy swimming, 2X a week, 4 or 5 x 500s 2X a week, and 50s and 100s 2X a week until I can handle more.

I have now made 4 days in a row. I will try and keep it going but will take one day off a week. Muscles are a little fatigued
