With about a month and and a half to go....I need some advice on a training plan.....
It is March 30th and I am just getting in the water. I really need help getting ready. I am not from a pure swimming background so I do not know how to get ready for a meet. I will swim 50 free, 100 free, 50 ***.
My times are pretty good... but I want to peek right.
THoughts? Any help out there?

I'd probably get a suit that is 2010 USMS legal, so you can use it in meets after Nats
