Rachel Naurath is an absolute stud. Becca Rainer's 4:10-low in the 400 IM is pretty impressive too, as is her come-from-behind 100 *** victory.
Clay Youngquist - local product - knocking the socks off the time clock. Congrats. I'm hoping to see a national 500 record out of him before HS is done.
