On your 200 IM, remember to swim as hard as you possibly can right from the start. Same with your 200 fr, go out in a flame of glory.

Sorry, the go out like a man, die like a dog theory is not for me.
But the only reason I'm doing the 200 IM is another opportunity to work on my opening 50 fly pace for my 100. I want to go out in 27-mid and I figure I can rest all I want on the 50 back and 50 free.
200 Fly wasn't an option because I would climb out after the 1st 50.
