Can you tell anything about the effect of the suit change by looking at the number of "A" cuts? I would guess that the effect will be greater in the men's events.
I was wondering the same thing. I think I saw only two people made the A cut in the 100 free. I think most events had around 5 A cuts. But I'm not sure if that is normal or not??? The A cuts are always next to impossible for most humans.
I would like to compare this year to last. I looks like there will still be some really fast swims. If there is going to be a noticeable change it will be in depth. The top 16 at NCAA's should be telling.
