It can be really hard to describe to non-swimmers how much I love the sport of swimming. To give my family and friends a picture of what swimming means to me, I wrote something that I hope captured and illustrated the joy it brings to my life. I figured if I shared it with my non-swimming pals, I should definitely share the article with those who feel similarly about such a great sport and activity:)
