really need some help finding something local(Norfolk, Va.)

I really don't know where to post this, as i've posted in the virginia section and it seems very dead... I'm living in norfolk,Va. and haven't swam or coached in 6-7 years. I'm looking to get back in a pool, but don't know of anything in the area... was hoping somebody could help me out. I would greatly, GREATLY appreciate it!

I appreciate all the help... I'm sitting off the coast of Haiti, so i'm limited to the internet, cause it's so slow out here. I will save the info i've got and check it when i get back home on a faster connection. again... thanks for the help!
