really need some help finding something local(Norfolk, Va.)

I really don't know where to post this, as i've posted in the virginia section and it seems very dead... I'm living in norfolk,Va. and haven't swam or coached in 6-7 years. I'm looking to get back in a pool, but don't know of anything in the area... was hoping somebody could help me out. I would greatly, GREATLY appreciate it!
You might want to check out the Virginia Masters Swim Team Page, there are places to swim and hopefully you can find a group there.

Also, the USMS Places to swim might also help you find a place (there are more listed under Virginia but I am not sure how up to date those are).
