Not sure this is the best place for this (any suggestions?) but I:
(i) usually swim at UT Houston Rec Center which is outdoors - but pool is nice & warm at 83 or 84
(ii) when they are closed for some reason I've tried several other pools (LA Fitness Med Center, 24 Fitness Post Oak) but they do not seem to be nearly as warm.
Any suggestions from other Houston swimmers for a nice, _warm_ indoor pool when my outdoor pool is closed?

You might try www.swimmersguide.com Go to United States, then Texas and then Houston.
It will provide you with a list of pools in the Houston area. Click on a location, there is usually a brief description of the facility that includes pool temps.
