I've just started swimming masters after a couple years off after my highschool team...im kicking myself for not staying in the pool after highschool...But im looking for some good dry land work outs to use, that will go well with my swim workout. Going to be swimming the 100im again in two weeks along with the 50 free,fly,***,and back for the Freeport YMCA Toughen Up Challenge.
Any tips on my IM here is a video of it. I know my turns are sloppy it was the first IM ive swam in a while. I am in Lane three.
