Guys i have greatly improved my kick. Before I could kick 25 meters without board on 17.1-18.2 seconds. Now after empshasising my legs both in and out of water i timed myself for a 25 meters kick without board and i was amazed at the result. I went 14.21 without board. My swimming times have also improved greatly. So here is a kickin video of mine. It was done in a water polo pool (33 meters/22 meters).

Thank you Ande. I will follow your tips. You gave some hell of informations. Man those times for kicking are crazy. My kicking is really nothing compared to guys like gary hall jr,Ian crocker,Shaun jordan etc..................... And your time for 25 meter kick................... is also crazy. Was it from a push or a dive ??? By the way this wasn't really the information I was looking for. I want to know about 25 meter freestyle times of the elites without the SUITS. You know some of the top swimmers and coaches. Come on man you must know the best 25 meter freestyle time of the elites off the block. I was talking about gary jr's 25 meter freestyle time off the block. And in the race club forum some guy said that gary did a 25 freestyle off the block in 10.00 (he was unshaved and wearing briefs). I want to know what time the other elites clock. Can anybody do that under 10????????????? Have you ever seen anybody do that??????????
