Guys i have greatly improved my kick. Before I could kick 25 meters without board on 17.1-18.2 seconds. Now after empshasising my legs both in and out of water i timed myself for a 25 meters kick without board and i was amazed at the result. I went 14.21 without board. My swimming times have also improved greatly. So here is a kickin video of mine. It was done in a water polo pool (33 meters/22 meters).

Now that you master the flutter kick very well, you should introduce a SDK portion to those sprints and see what impact it has on time.
