Enjoy, and congrats to those who made it.
Congrats to everyone else who made it, including Lazy Wife, who also gives good advice. :)
Nice #1 in the 50 breastroke. Guess I should be trading my gluten free advice for your evilstroke advice.
As of now I'm sitting in 8th place in the 200 back. If that holds up it will be the third stroke (plus IM) I've made a TT time in! I guess I better start working on my breaststroke.
Oh, and by the way, Leslie is now officially banned from calling *** "evil stroke" since it looks like she may be an All American in that stroke.
I'm really impressed by the guy who did the 100 IM in the 35 -39 age group in 30 seconds
jeff never had a chance
100 Individual Medley SCM Men 35-39 (2009)
# Name Age Club LMSC Time
1 Steven Urish 39 NEM New England 30.14
2 Jeff P Commings 35 ARIZ Arizona 56.98
3 Derek L Guffey 35 MVN Southern Pacific 58.18
4 Tyler J Blessing 37 TXLA South Texas 58.57
It is likely he stopped after the backstroke leg, too fearful of the breaststroke leg to continue.
Also, congrats to Tyler Blessing for getting his first All-Star! The SCM season was much more competitive than I thought, and I didn't concentrate enough on SCY to rack up the No. 1's. Tyler has 12 #1 rankings for 2009. I got nine.
yep the 30 is definitely an error
Tyler might have been gunning for all star
he did it one other time

Yes, he certainly did.
So, congrats on another great year.
I'm very impressed with all the times swum in 2009. Yes, a lot of people seemingly came out of hiding because of the suits, but still, the competition was fierce last year in every age group.
