Has anyone here ever tried swimming/kicking with the scuba style fins that are around 25" - 30" ??? ie Cressi 2000's?
Either for fun or training. Cressi claims that one can swim at eight knots with them for a short period of time.

I played around with a monofin a few years ago in a 25 yrd pool. The speed was just nuts. I'd like to try it again in a 50 meter and really go all out.
