Anybody going to the SCY meet in Olympia this weekend? If I recall correctly, I entered the 100-200 free, 50-100 ***, and 200 IM, so I'm easy pickings for any gridgers out there. I might need a running start for the 50 ***...:bed:
HOLY COW! I got the psych sheet for Saturday's meet in email, and Megan Jendrick is entered! I'm not in her heat for the 50 or 100 *** - for both of those events, I'm in the heat just before her, which is perfect since I'll be gasping and wheezing on the pool deck, trying to figure out where it all went wrong (oh, that's right, I suck at breaststroke) and then Megan can show me how it's done. But we're the top two seeds in the 200 IM (me at 2:16, her at... 2:05), so I'm going to get to swim next to an Olympian. I don't think that's ever happened before... so although I'm looking at a serious butt-kicking, I'm looking forward to Saturday! :banana:

Yes, the lesser of my time plus 10 seconds and your time minus 10 seconds will determine the final resting place of a great many smilies.

Nathan- If you swim with Megan you might want to tell her that B70 suits are really cheap right now, $100. And b/c you're close you could probably get it pretty quick. My guess is she probably has some USS connections. I'm told the Jaked is the best suit out there, if she can get one.

She's thinking about trying out one of the tech suits since she didn't have that opportunity before January 1, but it will depend on if we can get one before the meet.
