I do several stretches pointed out as no-nos in that article. I have a little routine that I always do, much of which I borrowed from Janet Evans' book. But after reading that I'm thinking I might just quit stretching altogether.

Yeah, I've got the slow warm-up down so I am sticking with that and skipping most of the pre-swim stretches. I only did it to prevent injury, because I felt like it was too drastic a change from sitting in an office all day and then jumping straight in the pool. But I don't see the point in wasting my time with it if it might even be increasing the chance of injury.
I do yoga once a week to help with some general flexibility.
