Jaked

Does ANYONE know of ANY way to get hold of a Jaked suit? I just bought a FINIS one, but I also wanted to try out a Jaked. I haven't had any luck on the Internet at all...
  • Did anyone order a suit from the Jakedit site?

So will you be using that Jaked this coming weekend? LOL! No. I've had the thing for months and just got around to wrestling it on. Just not tapered for this meet. Guess that makes me a sadistic purist. I actually own the suit but won't wear it. Ha!

Karen, did you get your Jaked? I finally tried mine on for the first time this weekend. Took me around 25 minutes with the help of my husband. It's much more difficult to put on than the B70 IMO. It feels strange. Never knew I could look so gross - okay, well, I knew but jeez. My husband will officially be checking me into the looney bin for being crazy enough to wrestle this plastic on. We really had some good laughs over the whole process. After struggling to get it on past the knees, he was like, "There is NO WAY you are stuffing that a$$ in there!" :lmao:I did. Oh and I did feel a wee bit ridiculous being outfitted in such a stellar suit.
  • Karen, It was worse for me - not only can I not speak it, I can't read it either. what do you want to know about the site? what it says?
  • just went to website Karen and was able to simulate an order for a blk. 28 added in the 28 euro or so to ship. i don't want or need one. if you need help let me know. blk was available not blue etc... surprised they are still selliing, guess it is open water. from what is see men are in briefs in europe again.:)

I don't know, it sure sounds to me like you have other uses planned for your suit... I think I'll get my money's worth even if it never sees a pool!

Wrestle it on and try it in the pool.I hated getting my Jaked on,hated wearing it dry, hated wearing it wet more, but my goodness it felt(and was) fast in the pool. Thx! Not sure it will happen this meet. Slated to swim 10 events in 2 days. Not really any time to deal with that. Perhaps a meet when I have some rest!

I have worn my Jaked in 1 meet swimming 4 events in 1 hr(it's a long story.) 1st event 400 MR-fastest split in many years,10 min later 100 BR-.34 sec slower than last years best in a LZR,30 min later 200 BR-really hurting and 6 sec behind last year,10 min later 50 BR-.24 sec slower than last year(all last years times were tapered and rested.)I never had time to take off the suit and often could hardly breath, but it was worth it.

Thanks Allen! Very impressive record there! It is true that my time is running out to wear it. Just wish I didn't feel like a stuffed sausage in it. . .:)
