  • You'll be fine at 6:30. There is always rush hour in Atlanta but it's not that bad. After living near DC, Atlanta traffic is nothing to me now. I'll be driving from the burbs every day and will just get up early to do so. I'm used to that since my practice is at 4:45am. my friend lives in dc area and said it took 2 hrs to get home. the difference is... in atlanta they drive 100mph in rain, snow etc..then tailgate at 85mph. slam on the brakes get the picture. no signals. the rule is drive offensively. anticipate their move. lol
