By now it has become apparent that the January/February issue of SWIMMER has been delayed. Fear not, it is shipping now and should arrive soon. My sincere apologies to all our readers; we are working very hard to get the publication back on schedule in the next few issues. I went to college at Chico State. One night after the bars closed we went to the local diner that was just packed, and there were about 14 of us. We gave our name and 14 and proceeded to wait 45 min. When the waitress called our name and said "Dave, party of 14" my brother answered and said, "No we're down to 13, we were hungry!"
To this day when we have a large group the (sick) joke is "Donner, party of 14 your table is ready."
