Currently I am just using a Speedo Endurance jammer, but that's because that's all I have at the moment. I had a Kiefer drag suit which I loaned to my son and didn't get back. I have noticed with the drag suit that it definitely tends to change my relationship to the water. (I don't know how to explain it, but it's more than simply increasing resistance I think.)
