So I got a new FS-PRO jammer recently. Tried it out today and it's already showing these white "smudges" so to say. Can't really put in words (english is not my native language...). Is this normal? Did I do something wrong?

Yes as Geek said it's normal.This is the waterproofing.It is evidently applied thickly and comes out especially where you touch it with your hands.Don't wear the suit except for races to minimize loss of waterproofing.
