I recently purchased a pair of TYR resistance shorts. They are 100% nylon and have a drawstring to prevent the suit from falling off. Question: Is it appropriate to wear these resistance shorts as a stand-alone item or would you recommend wearing a speedo underneath. The resistance shorts have netting. Any opinions? Thanks.

I would wear a suit underneath those. My thoughts on the whether one should wear an extra suit are... if you have to ask, than the answer is yes.
