I just don't understand why I am so freakin sore WHILE swimming..esp BR in meets. It really sucks!
Any thoughts? Sign of being out of shape possibly?:weightlifter:

Thanks fellow swimmers. Okay. That makes sense. Being that I don't have a FREAKIN coach (can't you just feel the anger shooting through the computer? haha) I'm getting no advice.
Maybe sore isn't the term I'm looking for. More like an all over ache? Is there a difference? haha.
