Over 20 strokes in 15 seconds tells me that you're not very efficient under the water but without an underwater video we don't know why. Get us some underwater video and we could tell you a lot more. What you do on top of the water isn't nearly as important as what you do under it. Give us some more information about your goals and that will also be helpful. Good luck, Coach T.
