Topic: Clinic Openings Available! Meet Entries Still Open! Sign up NOW! Openings are still available (and entries are still open) for the Allegheny Mountain LMSC's first-ever USMS-sanctioned events! On Saturday, December 12th, we will be hosting a day-log coach and swimmer clinic at Duquesne University. The morning session, designed for coaches, will be led by Chris Colburn, Head Coach of Academy Bullets Masters in Aurora, Illinois. Topics include the philosophy of USMS, building a successful Masters program, and coaching Masters swimmers. The afternoon session features a long-axis (freestyle and backstroke) clinic for swimmers, led by Coach Chris and assisted by the coaches' clinic attendees. Coaches and swimmers not currently registered with USMS for 2010 will receive a substantial discount on their 2010 membership dues when registering for the clinic. Attendance is limited, but openings are still available for both coaches and swimemrs. Sign up today! Entries are still being accepted for the Allegheny Mountain Masters Pentathlon Open. Sign up for one of two pentathlon events, or choose your own adventure.
