Tech Suit you were so good to me. You helped me keep it together when I was falling apart (at the end of my races) Despite the rips & wardrobe malfunctions we had some pretty good times together and it's sad to think you're really gonna split. I hope the powers that be won't take you from me, but if they do, I'll miss you and the slick floaty feeling you gave me when we swam together as one.

I just started training for competition again last month. It's my first time back in the pool since 1991. On the one hand, I really wish the suits weren't going away so I could have the opportunity to try one out. On the other hand, I guess I don't have to learn anything new about suit tech now.
Pros and cons
Pro-I go fast
Con-I can't go to the bathroom shortly before I swim
Pro-I feel like I glide forever off the walls
Con-I run out of air on the BR pullout because I am gliding off the walls forever.
Pro-I hardly have to shave
Con-putting on the suit takes as almost long as shaving
Pro-I have good form at the end of the race because it holds me in streamline
Con-I run out of O2 at the end of the race as I can't breath because it's so tight
Pro-I go fast
Does anyone know that date of the FINA meeting in January when the issue will be 100% resolved? What I'm wondering is this: when is truly the last meet in which I can compete in my tech suit?
As for me, there will be no tech suit eulogy as I plan to do loads of open water swimming in my B70 Nero Comp.
