Somehow I've injured my rotator-cuff during swimming, and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on strength training exercises to avoid re-injuring in the future.

- Bent (single) arm internal rotation
- Bent (single) arm external rotation
- Extended (single) arm internal rotation
- Extended (single) arm external rotation
- Extended (simultaneous) arms external rotation
