phelps is fine, I'm sure he's just training through this meet & he's wearing jammers,
it's amazing how many records got smashed today smashed and by how much, some went down by chunks
His 400 free was very inspiring to watch. Overall, he is still going to a problem for Phelps when the suits are gone. Of course, when Phelps gets back into Phelpsian shape, it could be a toss up.
Overall, it is a shame that more swimmers at the World Cup Events aren't doing like Phelps and going back to jammers. But, I guess that these swimmers just "Can't quit Tech Suits" until they absolutely have to.
