Mr. Mann, 55, won the 400-meter individual medley race and set a world record for his age group, 55 to 59. If you make the distinction to a former Olympian, I am wondering who would be considered a "current" Olympian ? You could go with the most recent games, but they are just as much over as the games 40 years ago.
