Mr. Mann, 55, won the 400-meter individual medley race and set a world record for his age group, 55 to 59. Since when are tech suits made of neoprene? That would be a wetsuit, and wetsuits have always been illegal in pool racing. The ones that will not be allowed after January are lycra with a polyurethane coating.
