  • Our Beautiful Stroke Guru has posted a 100 LCM time this year that is .07 faster than he swam at LC Nats in Knoxville, 1975!! (Alas, his 200 time was .2 slower this year.) This is surely the last time our times were comparable! What a beast!! Great job, Allen! Thanks.I was really happy with my BRs,but I surprised myself with a 3rd in the 200 fly also.
