Since FINA is now saying the suit changes won't apply until 1/1/10(and may not apply to masters) I would be stunned if USMS changed anything before then so B-70s should be legal for Masters.If your B-70 is garbage because it wore out Finis has tech suits cheap.If you are swimming USA-S I'd go with a FS-Pro-jammer if male,record breaker kneeskin if female.
