So here it is Spetember 11th and there is still no clear direction from USMS on what will be considered legal pool competition swimwear starting on 1 Jan.
Not to mention that FINA hasn't made up it's mind. Is that what USMS leadership is waiting for? Will this be 'finalized' at convention?
