So, have identified that I will compete in FY2010 and practice is going well. But, I don't know all the new flipturns or starts. So much has changed since I last swam:confused: At any rate, some of my team mates are willing to work with me, but was wondering if there is any resource that outlines the new starts and turns? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The problem I have with those goswim videos is my computer. It takes about 10 min to get a 30 second video to play. I don't know if it's my service or computer.
What I have been doing for turns, and I think it might be working, is flip on the wall - SDK - surface for one stroke - turn with no wall - several strokes to wall - repeat. I do it about 20 times.
I haven't dived yet, I'll save that for later
