Hi All-
So, have identified that I will compete in FY2010 and practice is going well. But, I don't know all the new flipturns or starts. So much has changed since I last swam:confused: At any rate, some of my team mates are willing to work with me, but was wondering if there is any resource that outlines the new starts and turns? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

"FY2010"--That's a funny way of saying it. I guess it depends on when your fiscal year starts? Are you a calendar year reporter? LOL.
