False starts

Track & field will adopt our 1 false start & you are out rule starting next year. No more 1 start on the entire field & then a 2nd will put you out. It seems as if they have come over to our thoughts on the false starts making the meet longer !

Didn't hear that. Interesting. That should make reaction times a bit slower and make Bolt's record's even tougher.
