All swimsuit companies have to submit their textile suits for approval in the coming weeks. The list will be out in October or November.
I think if they want their older suits to be on the list, all companies have to submit them and not assume they are OK.
The swim shop I deal with believes they will be. Speedo has told them they will be legal. They fs pro is a woven suit, with what appears to be a textile fabric. Granted, none of us know what FINA will decide when it comes to textile or woven.
