When Rowdy Gaines swam at the most recent SCY nationals in May, does anyone know what kind of suit he wore for his events? Was it one of the new hi-tech suits that USS is banning at the end of this year?

Rowdy could wear the cheapest briefs available and still swim well. I went to the thrift store and they had briefs in a bag 10 for $10.00 I would have bought them but they were a little on the small size.
Wow, where is that store? I could use them for workout suits. :)
I am not suggesting Rowdy wouldn't be fast without a Blue70. Just thinking about he's in a tough position. I'm not flaming him, nor supporting him. Just thinking as I'm watching the coverage on worlds and his constant criticism of the new suits. I think he is being accurate in his reporting, which is what a reporter should be. And he's considered a color commentator, so he can present his opinion too (as opposed to a play-by-play person that's just supposed to report the facts). But wearing one himself at nationals, might some people look at him as hypocritical on the topic now? Personally, I don't, but I could see how others might have that view.
