I wonder what the "Tour de France" would be like if the bikers rode Huffy's and wore gym shorts, tee shirts, and didn't have a roadside crew with them?
Reading some of the comments from that artice left by people really just shows how oblivious the non-swimming community is.
This particular comment "What about swim caps and shaving? Wouldn't shaving be an "artificial aid" because, naturally, the swimmer is not hairless (in some cases they might actually be). What about the goggles? What if they wanted to wear fins?"

Yup. Now the people that run the sport want to go back to textile only fabric, as well as limit coverage as well...around 1996 standards.
