I have read the previous threads, and seen the photographic evidence (e.g., Jim Thornton + My Little Pony), about the Forums get-togethers at the Colonies Zone meets.
Is anyone interested in a get-together at Nationals in Indy? Saturday night after the relays, maybe?
Sorry, I feel like I dropped the ball on this one. I have been out of town, attending a funeral, and at a teacher retreat since last Sat.
I say we all hook up Friday during the meet, figure out who all is going and what kind of food they like, then just head out to the closest place that foots the bill.
There's a great Italian place (Milano Inn) on south meridian that has some private rooms. I would/could reserve it if I had a good idea of how many people we would be having. There's also a sort-of gourmet mexican place on E. Washington that may have a party room if we were more in the mood for mexican. Scholars Inn is good but I am not sure if they have a room we could have.
