They could have them both shoot 5 free throws before the race. Shaq could get a 2 second head start for each shot he makes. For each shot Phelps makes, they take off 1 second of Shaq's head start.

Can Shaq even swim? Hopefully, they do in a 25 yard or meter pool because Shaq might be able to reach the other side of the pool with just a dive. Isn't he like 9 feet tall with thosr monstrous arms. Also, is Shaq going to use a stunt swimmer like he does with the "stunt" back in his Icy Hot Commericals, just asking!!!!

Shaq is only priming his post-career pump with this. He says there's no money in it for the winner, but I'm sure Shaq is getting paid very handsomely by the reality show folks.

If Shaq actually does a start off the blocks against Phelps that alone would make the show worth watching! I don't think Speedo makes a LZR that would fit Shaq, though.
