I've some type of sensitive skin or whatever. After a two-hours workout my feet & hands are so dehydrated that look like "deflated", my face look dull and the skin is dryed and flaky. The body skin is simply dryed, not a big deal ,except the front lower leg and thoracic where often there're zone of flaky/hitchy skin. I currently go 3x/week, I've not found still a definitive solution to reduce as possible the problem if possible at all. I've for sure over average trouble skin condition but you that go 6+/week have you any sort of fish-like skin or some skin trouble is present and what do you do to reduce/fix it ? regards.

Thanks. Well maybe I've a little overstate my problembut it look like everybody else around me was waterproof, with great looking skin, and I leave the locker room always late to apply lotion/oil/moisturises on my face/body to reduce desquamation, dry skin. My dermatologist tell me that it's not a big deal and there's no magic formula to cure it, Stress can be a major factor together to genetics, so maybe some fresh idea can improve my result.
