I've some type of sensitive skin or whatever. After a two-hours workout my feet & hands are so dehydrated that look like "deflated", my face look dull and the skin is dryed and flaky. The body skin is simply dryed, not a big deal ,except the front lower leg and thoracic where often there're zone of flaky/hitchy skin. I currently go 3x/week, I've not found still a definitive solution to reduce as possible the problem if possible at all. I've for sure over average trouble skin condition but you that go 6+/week have you any sort of fish-like skin or some skin trouble is present and what do you do to reduce/fix it ? regards.

I was having the ole' chlorine, itchy, smelly skin problem and found something that works pretty good for me. I wash down with a Loofa sponge and whatever body soap you want, scrub good, rinse off. I then use Baby Oil Gel and rub it all over (what I can reach) and rub it in real good. Done. Towel off. Seems to work for me.
